Would you be able to rent part of the apartment?

This type of rental is very common in my country because people are very poor and few people have the opportunity to rent an entire apartment, and the owners understand this, so they immediately divide the apartment into two parts and rent it out to several people. I’m more than willing to pay more, but I wouldn’t want to cross paths with strangers in the same room

Renting part of an apartment is pretty common in many places where full rent is too expensive, and it makes sense for both owners and tenants. If you’re okay sharing common spaces but want privacy, look for units that offer separate rooms with locks and maybe shared living areas. It’s good to be clear about your boundaries upfront to avoid awkward situations. If you prefer no roommates at all, paying more for a whole unit is worth it for your peace of mind. Either way, communication is key to making shared living work smoothly.

When you have a big house that you are not able to occupy fully, it will be very good for you to actually adopt this idea because I know many people in my community that are getting some chicken change from something like this

Partitioning and apartment for people to share and split the rent is something that has been beneficial for young that are just starting out life. After college, I didn’t have enough money to rent a full apartment of my own and I had to team up with two other guys to rent a 3 bedroom flat. We took each of the rooms as our living rooms and shared the toilet/ bathroom and kitchen.  It really helped us find our feet in life.

You can also rent out a whole apartment or you move in with a friend and share the bills, rent comes in different forms depending on who’s renting and the owner of the apartment.
