Am so confused this days, imagine i budgeted 350 for malt, but when I got to the market, I have to purchase it for 450. I don’t think budgeting is still advisable because of price fluctuation, or do budgeting still advisable this days?

While budgeting these days then, you need to be aware of the price increase or possibility of that and add more money to your budget. I find it best to do some survey first for the things I need to buy to know how much they cost right now. That helps me know how much to budget for.
