The purpose of having a job is to make ends meet. If the salary you earn from your current job is not enough to take care of your daily need, then I suggest you should leave that job for another job that will pay you higher.

When you take a job that pays you higher, you will be able to achieve financial freedom.

Taking a high paying job will also prevent you from going into debt. Since the salary you earn will be able to meet your needs

Of course when I’m into any business that I think that I’m not being paid The way I am worth the first thing that would come to my mind is to look for alternative places to work where I will be appreciated and paid in full.

As human beings we are naturally selfish and that is a survival skill because if you don’t care very much for yourself people will use you and dump you.

So when ever you get an opportunity to get paid higher, you go for it.

At the end of the day, everyone wants to be in a place where they can build a comfortable life.  As humans we are constantly looking for better opportunities, so the moment we see a better place than our current one, we quickly change.

I would definitely leave my current job to secure one that pays better, but there are cases where i might not. In my previous job while i was still working as a photo editor under a small printing press, i got a job offer from another printing press that promised to pay me higher than what i was earning now as my starting point. It was a tempting offer but the fact that leaving would affect my current job and it won’t be humanely fair if i should leave like that made me stop remain.
