    Some of people have collected money from many online loan givers and have not paid them back at all and some even said they will never payback. While most of this loan givers always threaten to take the offenders to court or maybe affect their credit record I don't think they can actually do that. SRead more

    While most of this loan givers always threaten to take the offenders to court or maybe affect their credit record I don’t think they can actually do that.

    Since they have been no case of an offender being taken to the court I don’t think they can do anything.

It would affect your credit score negatively which would make it difficult for other online lenders to give you loans. It might not affect you more than that. But a time might come that you might be in a real fix and need emergency funding, would be no source to get such emergency funding because of a negative credit score.
