Is this a tradition or just a strategy beneficial to the marketers, business owner and product specialist alone? Most times the quality you see outward is not the same inward. You only have to check to decide and before you do you already bought. What a great strategy. Well the disadvantage is it doesn’t retain customer unless you have another strategy to overcome that, don’t Start it and unless there are those that prefer packaging over products and that would be so weird.

It is so common to find things in the market whose packaging is way better than the product itself. It is just their way of promoting their products. It is deceiving but works everytime in their favour. However, the consequence is that they will find hard to retain customers and they are building a bad reputation for themselves. That is why it is way better to focus on improving the quality of the products rather than having to cover it up with a beautiful packaging. It is great to package well, but much better to give people quality, that retains them for long.

Take it or leave it, the packaging of a product is an advert. If I buy any product that the content doesn’t match the packaging, that is the end of that brand having me as a patron. Business ethics require that customers should not be manipulated.
