Many new businesses fail in their first year due to poor planning, lack of capital, and weak management. Some entrepreneurs rush into business without proper research about the market, competition, or target customers. Others underestimate expenses or overestimate profits, leading to financial strain. Poor marketing and customer service also push potential clients away. Additionally, failure to adapt to changing trends or ignoring feedback can hinder growth. Inexperience, lack of strategy, and burnout are also major reasons. To succeed, new business owners must plan carefully, manage finances wisely, learn continuously, and stay flexible in solving challenges.
