Personally I use smartcash an Airtel app for my data purchase where I am been given a user peculiar bundle that is 2GB at the cost of 300

That is very cheap actually compared to the rate at which it is sold and bought elsewhere

If you want to stretch your ₦50 or ₦300 for data, here’s what you should know:

    • MTN offers a 300MB Education plan for ₦50, valid for 7 days. It’s perfect for light browsing or school research.

    • Airtel has a 1GB Social plan for about ₦297, valid for 3 days—great if you just want to stay active on social media without spending much.

    • Glo provides a 500MB plan for around ₦285, valid for 30 days, which works well if you want longer validity with moderate data.

Heads up: These cheap plans come with tight data limits and short validity, so they’re not ideal if you stream videos or use data-heavy apps. Also, check the network strength in your area before buying; a cheap plan is useless if the signal is weak.

If you’re serious about consistent browsing or streaming, it’s better to invest in higher-tier plans with better value.

Don’t fall for “cheap data” hype without checking how well the network works where you live.
