I think as far as you have the funds that are needed you should get a better university to study abroad and not to mention the fact that studying abroad comes with ease and you get first hand knowledge for practical usage in your field

If you have the money and can sponsorships to study in a foreign country most especially Europe or USA , it will be very nice for you to go there and study and you can even earn more.
