Where can I get knowledge about how to manage my finances?

Not only me but I believe that majority of people are finding it hard to manage their finances, possibly because they do not have a keen knowledge an idea on how to do so. In my own case one of the reason why I am unable to manage my finances is because I am addicted to spending a lot, and most of these things I spend my money and not what I need particularly. Please your sincere answers to this my question will absolutely help me.

    There are so many resources to learn about personal finance and get tips on what to do to earn and save well as well as invest and grow your money. Some resources include;

    1. Books – there are so many books that have been written by finance experts on personal finance. My personal favourite is Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. I love this book because it teaches you some great mindsets to adopt about money. It emphasizes a lot on the importance of financial literacy and teaches what exactly you should be financially literate about.

    2. Blogs and vlogs – the personal finance niche is so popular in blogs and vlogs. You can benefit a lot from having articles and videos that you follow for such information.

    The best way to gain knowledge about how to manage finances is through economics, business and finance faculties, so you can study everything, from planning to control. Every financial science is essentially connected to each other, so you will study finance as a whole. If you only study books, you will probably only learn part of it because you don’t study other branches of knowledge such as financial management, accounting, controlling, budgeting and auditing.
