In my opinion, it’s best to register your business early ideally before you start making regular sales. Registering from the start helps you build credibility, protect your brand, and stay legal, which makes things smoother as you grow. Waiting until your business gets bigger might cause issues with taxes, contracts, or customers. So, even if it feels like extra work at first, it usually pays off to register sooner rather than later.

Registering your business first before it begins generating consistent revenue is generally a smart idea. If your business is legally registered, you will remain in compliance with regulations and create the credibility you require for your products and/or services. Furthermore, being registered as a legally compliant entity assists companies with developing relationships with their customers or suppliers. Therefore, waiting until the company has grown may create some complications, including tax and other legal issues. Starting your business legally from day one provides you with a solid foundation to build upon and for growing trust with your partners.
