I have received money through PayPal xoom two times now, and i must say, the experience was pretty okay and fast. You need to ensure the person who is sending the money needs to use your correct name that is in your identity card, and also send you the transaction number. This is what the bank needs to confirm the transaction. In Nigeria, the money comes in through RIA. So ensure you tell the bank ria and not PayPal xoom.Â
