Just as normal individuals in society need communication to understand themselves also in business communication plays a very vital role in our lives as business owners and as business managers in any kind of businesses that will run and manage. Without communication proper activities in the particular business organisation wouldn’t go as expected and as planned. According to my own research it seems that there are two type of communication existing in a business organisation which is up-to down communication and down-to-earth communication. Up to down communication refers to a communication between superior and subordinates in a particular business organisation that is between the business manager and employees. This kind of communication is necessary because superios which are the managers need to communicate with employees there by telling them what to do in order to achieve desired business objectives and goals. The other type of communication which is down-to-earth communication is the kind of communication exist in between subordinate which are employees and superiors which are the employers and managers. Indeed employees need to communicate with their superiors giving them feedback on goals and objectives in the business organisation and how far they have gone to achieved for the betterment of the business organisation.
