As at last year 2022, i was working under someone as a photo editor, while i was working there i was made the manager within some months, not because of my skills as a photo editor, cause back then i was still pretty much learning. It was rather due to my seriousness and commitment. During this period i came to discover the true nature of the other workers, though they where extremely skilled than me but they had this ” i don’t care attitude” there where times where some would just leave the office without even letting anyone know, they where fund of coming in late majority of the times to the point where i was literally doing almost everything. This made me realize that hiring someone is not just by their level of skills alone, but there should be other factors to consider. So my question is what should one look out for when hiring an employee in the future?
