You can protect your passwords in several smart and simple ways beyond just memorizing them. First, create strong and unique passwords for every account by mixing letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using personal details like birthdays or names. Use a trusted password manager to safely store and generate secure passwords so you don’t rely on memory. Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) to add extra protection. Keep your devices updated, avoid clicking suspicious links, and never share your passwords with anyone. Regularly changing old passwords and avoiding public Wi-Fi for sensitive logins also helps keep your accounts safe.

Avoid using easily guessed information like birthdays or common words. Consider using a password manager to store and generate secure passwords safely. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) whenever possible, which adds an extra layer of security. Never share passwords, write them on paper, or reuse them across multiple accounts. Regularly update passwords and watch out for phishing attempts or suspicious links that try to steal your login information.
