The biggest challenge people face most of the time is when the market is bad and customers are not coming as the supposed to be coming .
Another problem is when customers complete a lot about your products and service , I think what I did was to listen to them and made my service better

As a business man, one of the challenges I encounter in my business is price changes and competition.
Sometime, you bought goods at the rate of 1500 and you sell it 1600 to customer. Then within 2 days, you ask if that same product and you realised that the price has been increased to 1800. It not easy to explain this to customer because they think we’re the one that added the price.
Competition is also the challenges especially when your competitor start selling the same product lower than the actual price.
