One of the best sites to find gig works is Upwork. It is a great freelancing site where you can meet clients and apply for the jobs they offer. You need to have connects in order to apply for the job through writing a proposal and sharing your profile with clients.
Fiverr is also a great gig site. Here, you don’t apply the jobs. You post your gig and wait for clients to order your gig.
Both sites require you to have really interesting and attractive profiles in order to attract clients.
