One way I stay positive during a tough day is by reminding myself that bad days don’t last forever. When I start feeling overwhelmed, I pause for a few minutes, take slow deep breaths, and step away from whatever is stressing me. Sometimes I go outside for fresh air or listen to music that calms me down. I also try to focus on one small task I can complete, because finishing something simple gives me a little sense of control. I don’t force myself to feel happy, I just try to stay steady and trust that tomorrow can be better.
