Take a short, gentle walk to stimulate digestion and relieve bloating by promoting gut motility. Drink small sips of water or herbal teas like peppermint or ginger to soothe the stomach. Avoid lying down immediately; stay upright for 1-2 hours to prevent acid reflux. Eat smaller, balanced meals in the future to prevent overloading the digestive system.

Try over the counter remedies like antacids or for gas and bloating relief. Practice deep breathing or light stretching to relax the body and ease abdominal tension.

There is notting we can actually do to ease or reduce the discomfort you feel after overfeeding yourself because naturally we are not supposed to overfeed. When we do this frequently, we end up overworking our organs  and digestive system. The only way to prevent such discomfort is to eat in moderation, immediately after eating take time to walk around a little, it will help quicken digestion.
