The non compromise working conditions to look out for in an organization uniquely depends on the goals and targets of an individual. This is unique to each person.
However for the purpose of this question, the generic non compromise conditions to look out for are;
1. Duration/time of work
The most important asset an individual owns is time. Take that away entirely and for most money won’t make much difference. Take note of the duration of hours of work and decide if it’s what you can live with.
2. Working conditions
This is very important as a job is something most people do for most hours of the day, five days a week. If such a person has a narcissistic boss, unruly co-workers, unhealthy and unfit working environment, then most of the days of that person’s life will be paramount to hellish experiences. Take note of your working conditions.
3. Renumeration
The pay or salary given at the end of the month is not only a reward for skills delivered and/or services rendered but also a compensation for time spent as time is money. If the renumeration is not commensurate to what a worker feels they are worth, it is better to find another job or risk gross work dissatisfaction which will result to poor performance in the long run.
4. Logistics
This entails distance of the organization from a worker’s home, proximity to healthy and cheap food/lunch, general expenses accrued from working specifically at that location and organization. If this is not put into consideration, a worker risks spending a huge chunk of their paycheck to deal with logistics in and around their place of work.
Good luck in your job pursuits.
