The biggest problem such businesses face is logistics problems, they find it hard to move their finished Product from where it’s being produced to distributors, even when they find a way to distribute it, it will eat up the margins.
So instead of making 30% mark up after sales, they’ll end up making far less than that because they’ve spent all of their money on logistics, this case is specific to my country though.

The first problem is finding a good supplier who can supply you palm produce, a lot of suppliers in the palm oil industries exhibit dubious activities and most of them usually unnecessarily increase the price of their raw materials for palm oil produce. The second problem is finding targeted audience who are ready and capable of buying your palm oil quickly before they get spoilet or damaged.
