Should I raise the employee's salary for many years of work?

Not all employees who work for business owners are distinguished by something and simply do their work without doing anything more than is required of them, but they also all want to have a higher salary over time. Is it correct to raise the salary of an employee only because he will work for you for a long time?

Anyway according to my own view, I think It can be considerate to increase an employee’s pay after many years of service to recognize their dedication and expertise. Think on things like their effectiveness, market rates, and financial restrictions. Continual evaluations and transparent communication are necessary to decide whether a raise is necessary. Fair compensation encourages retention and stimulates workers.

Yes, it’s good to raise employee salaries after working for you for some years, especially if he or she always perform well on duty.

I can remember those days, I work on a business shop as a seller for one man, I tried my best to perform my duty perfectly so after one year he raised my salary due to my performance.

By raising the employee salaries It will encourage him or her to put more effort on duty and work towards the satisfaction of your business customers.

Also by adding some money to him or her, you will help him or her to build a good future tomorrow.

It’s always show as a kind of appreciation.

Yes, though it might not just be duration of time but the good experience you are having with the staff. it xsn be upsetting to want to increase a lazy and nonchalant staff salary or bonuses just because he has served for many years. It might not be in your best interest but if you have has a competent staff for some number of years I don’t think increasing such staff salary would be much of a problem.
So the issue here isn’t about the duration of time but how great of an employee is this person. Does his or her work done deserves a pay rise.

If you can afford, if you make a lot of money, you do not have to wait for 5 years to give them pay rise, you can give them just in the second year. More money also means better performance.
