So it would be weekly payments for me.But if it is offline job then monthly payment would be great for me. I have always been doing monthly payment for my offline job.

I believe there are certain factors to consider in this aspect. In a situation where the pay is small i believe it would be better if the money comes in on a monthly basis. In this way what you get would be something reasonable, and you would be able to do something out of it. If the pay is reasonable on the other hand, getting paid would he better as you would be able to sort out a lot of your expenses rather than going into debts before payment comes. All in all it all depends on each individual a d their personal preference.

It all depends on an individual’s ability to manage money but in my own case I would love to get my payment monthly. Most times if an individual gets payment weekly, he or she may be forced to spend this money, due to the fact that the money maybe in small amount and in physical cash. Any money weekly may not give an individual the time to plan ahead or to meet various opportunities possibly as investment options and opportunities in order to make more money. On the other hand monthly investment gives an individual of the ability and capability to plan financially, and once this payment has been compensated to him or her at the end of the month, proper allocation of these funds can be duly made.
