To achieve this is not completely impossible, there are actually a few ways to reduce cost. Staying in the school hostel is usually cheaper in most cases than when you get a house outside the school. Or instead of getting a house alone yourself you could join hands with one or more persons to rent a house together. In this way you wont be paying alone for the house. Another way to save is to not go for huge houses but portable ones.

    1. **Roommates**: Sharing a rental with roommates can significantly reduce costs.

    2. **On-Campus Housing**: Often, on-campus housing can be more affordable than off-campus options.

    3. **Look for Deals**: Keep an eye out for discounts, promotions, or student housing deals.

    4. **Budgeting**: Create a budget to manage your expenses effectively, including rent, utilities, and groceries.

    5. **Part-Time Work**: Consider part-time work to help cover housing costs.

    6. **Financial Aid**: Explore options for financial aid or scholarships that may include housing allowances.

    7. **Cooperative Housing**: Some universities offer cooperative housing options where students contribute to chores, reducing costs.

    8. **Off-Peak Leases**: Signing a lease for the academic year (9-10 months) instead of year-round can save money.

    9. **Subletting**: If you go home for the summer, consider subletting your room to save on rent.

    10. **Evaluate Location**: Choose housing options that are more affordable but still within a reasonable distance to campus.

    11. **Utilities**: Be mindful of energy and water use to keep utility bills down.

    12. **Meal Plans**: If you have a meal plan, use it wisely to avoid spending extra on dining out.

Remember, it’s important to balance cost-saving measures with your comfort and safety. Prioritize your well-being while finding ways to save on housing.
