Presently the price of kerosene is more expensive compare to gas. As a student it is more economical to use gas instead of kerosene.

Aside from the fact that cooking gas is more economical, it is also faster and more efficient compared to cooking with kerosene.

The only problem I have with cooking gas, is that it is more dangerous compared to kerosene. Most house explosion occurs as a result of accident while using of cooking. If you are using a gas to as a student, I recommend that you should be extra careful.

So from my own point it is not  more economical to use a kerosene stove as a gas cooker is s lot better

8 Nov 2022 · Kerosene is completely useless this days, the poor cannot afford it and the rich that can don’t need it. Gas is far more better than kerosene.

So Gas is cheaper and it’s last longrt.  But Gas is more dangerous.  if one is  the carefree type, it is better to use kerosene

Gas might cost more upfront, but it’s cleaner, faster, and more efficient especially if you cook often. Plus, gas is less stressful and safer when handled properly. Long-term, gas just gives you more value for your money.

When you consider the cost of kerosene per liter and the cost of cooking gas per kg and relate it with the burn rate, you would realize that cooking gas is cheaper to use than kerosene.
