For established businesses, loans provide capital for growth, such as expanding, marketing, or managing cash flow. The purpose defines its use.
And also startup loans fund the beginning, while business loans support ongoing needs. Startups face higher risks, requiring personal guarantees or collateral. Established businesses need strong financials for loan approval. Loans are debt, so repayment ability is critical.

After taking a loan you have to ensure you meet up with the deadline, and in most cases, things might not go as planned. Personally i think simply getting a side hustle to make some extra cash is a good move, though this might take some time but you are also gaining experience.

A lot of people often rely on loans to startup their business because it is a lot easier and faster to get but personally i don’t think it is the best way to get funds for your business. Taking a loan for your business often puts you in a lot of risk, and in situations where the business does not go as planned actually puts you in more risk. I prefer getting side gigs to raise enough funds for the business startup.
