I think that in the first place you need to make a list before going to the store of what you need to buy, and as for me, 50 percent of the desire to buy something unnecessary will drive it away. Also, I have a spending plan for the month and I take into account unforeseen expenses only 5 percent so I can buy something spontaneous, but it will not be much and during the month such desire will be satisfied. Also, I always try not to make purchases rashly and even when I want to buy something, I think about it for a long time in an attempt to convince myself that I don’t need it

A budget only contains numbers that you can use to control expenses, so basically a budget is just a guideline, to be able to comply and apply the budget wisely you need patience and discipline which you have to build every day, especially when shopping in supermarkets or mobile apps. So, it would be better if before shopping, whether at the market, supermall or minimarket, you should make a list of the items you want to buy along with the estimated price, and when you go to the supermall, you should be able to refrain from buying items that are not on your shopping list. Don’t open the marketplace on mobile apps too often, even though there are lots of tempting discount offers.
