Here are some tips for spending your salary wisely:

    – Create a budget. Track your income and expenses, so you know exactly where your money is going each month. Identify areas where you can cut back to save more.

    – Pay yourself first. Automatically deposit a portion of each paycheck into a savings account before spending on anything else. Aim to build an emergency fund with 3-6 months’ expenses.

    – Contribute to retirement. If your employer offers a retirement savings plan like a 401K, contribute at least enough to get any employer match. This is free money you don’t want to miss out on.

    – Pay down high interest debts. Make extra payments on credit cards or other debts charging high interest until they are paid off. This saves you money.

    – Consider wants versus needs. Be intentional with discretionary spending. Reduce expenses on dining out, entertainment, shopping etc. if needed to meet your goals.

    – Look for ways to save on needs. Find less expensive insurance, cell phone plans, cable packages, groceries, etc. Deals and generics add up.

    – Automate savings and bill payments. Set up direct deposit and auto-pay so you don’t accidentally miss saving or paying a bill.

    – Live below your means. Don’t inflate your lifestyle to match each pay increase. Stay focused on your goals, and invest the excess.

    – Build your emergency fund first. Having a cash cushion prevents going into debt for unexpected expenses.

    – Enjoy some wants, but moderately. It’s ok to splurge sometimes, just do so intentionally as a reward in line with your budget.

It is to keep your 50% of your salary for fixed expenses like rent, utility bills, essentials, etc. this is how to spend it wisely. You spend 30% on flexible costs like eating out. The remaining 20% goes toward the financial goals that help you develop a rich financial future,

This is investing such as in a guaranteed plan where you are sure of return plan for retirement, investments and emergency funds.

So basically The most way to use your salary wisely is to go for the 40-30-20-10 rule which is to assign 40% of your income — after taxes — to necessities such as food and housing, 30% to discretionary spending, 20% to savings or paying off debt and 10% to charitable giving or meeting financial goals

You would have had a good spending of your salary this way
