Setting up a personal financial plan in your 20s is a smart way to build long-term stability. Start by tracking your income, expenses, and debts to understand your financial situation. Set clear goals for saving, investing, and emergency funds. Create a realistic budget that allocates money for essentials, leisure, and future goals. Start contributing to retirement accounts or investments early to benefit from compound growth. Avoid unnecessary debt and prioritize paying off high-interest loans. Continuously review and adjust your plan as income or goals change. Building good habits in your 20s sets a strong foundation for financial independence in the future.
