After a fight, the best thing to do is give your partner a little time to cool off, then talk calmly and honestly. If you messed up, apologize sincerely, and really listen to how they feel without getting defensive. Try to see things from their side and focus on fixing the problem together instead of blaming. It takes time to rebuild trust, so be patient and show you care through your actions.

Yes, you still have to  feel connected to your partner after a fight. But don’t over-rely on words. When you long to feel close, to come back together, try a deep, connected hug and breathe in and out together.

You both can Hold hands. Look into each other’s eyes. This can activate calmness and help you cool down, feel safe, and re-establish closeness. Without even saying a thing.

You may just have to reflect on the Situation: Think about what happened and look back at your actions and words and understand her perspective.

Once you feel enough time has passed, send her a message or call her to express that you want to talk. Apologize Sincerely

When I know that I am at fault for that fight that just happened, I would just apologize to my woman. And my woman has also come to take that attitude of apologizing when she knows the fault is from her. The thing is that if you people have love, it won’t be difficult for your guys to makeup after a fight. You both just have to be committed to not letting a gap exist between the two of you.
