Create a budget to track income and expenses, allocating funds to debt repayment first. Prioritize high interest debts using the avalanche method to minimize total interest paid. Negotiate with creditors for lower rates or extended terms to ease payments.

Also, Build an emergency fund to avoid borrowing for unexpected expenses. Cut non-essential spending, like subscriptions, to free up cash for debt. Avoid new credit, such as unnecessary loans or credit cards, to prevent further debt. Automate payments to ensure timely repayments and avoid penalties.

To manage debt without falling back into it, start by creating a realistic budget that covers your essential expenses and lets you pay more than the minimum on your debts. Prioritize high-interest debts first, and consider consolidating if it lowers your interest. Build a small emergency fund to avoid relying on credit for unexpected costs, and track your spending carefully. Stay disciplined, avoid new unnecessary debts, and gradually increase payments as your income grows to clear debt steadily.
