Actually the key to success in investing is not capital but time, so we need time to be able to multiply the returns into large capital, we know this method as a compound where the returns we get from interest, dividends, crypto staking, rent etc. we invest return even though it doesn’t have to be in the same investment instrument, for example you can invest the proceeds from a rental from a residential property in mutual funds. In applying compound we need art and strategy such as:
    1. Invest as early as possible by using idle money,
    2. Do it regularly to always add investment funds from the previous investment returns.
    3. Choose the type of long-term investment.

Compound returns can be achieved by reinvesting the earnings generated by your initial investment to earn additional returns over time. It involves letting your investment gains (such as dividends or interest) remain invested rather than withdrawing them. By reinvesting these earnings, you can benefit from compounding, where your returns grow exponentially over time. This strategy is often employed when investing in long-term assets such as stocks and mutual funds, as it allows your money to work harder for you over an extended period.

Compounding your profits is simply reinvesting any profits you make. Instead of spending all your profits, you invest it back and build your portfolio.

This requires that you have another main source of income, not dependent on the investment. That way, your income source can satisfy your needs while you keep on compounding profits.

You can also build your investment portfolio through investing each month from your salary or income source. The more you keep investing, the more you compound your interests.
