How much is UK insurance for a new driver?

I’d appreciate it if you could give me your thoughts on some insurance-related questions I’ve had when looking at options for my new driver.

I’m curious as to your thoughts on the topic of “how much is insurance for a new driver in the UK?” I’ve heard estimates ranging from £110 per year to £300 per year; what do you make of these amounts? What recommendation do you have for me?

What do you think is the greatest strategy to save money on insurance as a new driver? If I want to keep my mortgage payments to a minimum, are there any actions I should take less of or more of?

If you could assist me in any way, that would be fantastic. I’ve been trying to locate affordable insurance for my new driver but haven’t had much luck. Help me out here and tell me all you know about finding affordable car insurance for young drivers. I appreciate your assistance in advance.

Many thanks for taking the time to reply.

    • Drivers aged 25-49 with a full license can pay around £500 to £900 annually based on quotes reviewed.
    • New drivers over 50 have lower premiums around £300 to £600 per year.
