But in terms of finances,I think you should really have a big budget in mind though this depends on the structure and how large you intend to make your filling station

To sink an underground reservoir of about 30000 litres would cost about 5 Million Naira for just one of such. To install meter pumps would cost 5 Million Naira for two. Office buildings and other utilities should cost 3 Million Naira minimum. Just have 12 Million Naira to think of starting a petroleum filling station at a basic level.

So to build a standard filling station in any busy road in Nigeria. You have to budget at least 100 million. The average price of filling stations for sale in Nigeria is in millions The prices vary though by location, size and features.

Petrol filling station business is highly profitable due to the constant demand for fuel, lubricants and other automotive products. So it worth the investment.

Building a filling station is really a nice business and makes alot return in profit but the problem is that it requires a lot of money as capital.

Not only is the capital too much but you have to get approved before you start the business.
The costs depends on alot of things like the state, the size of the filling station and of the location of the filling station. The quantity and type of product you intend to start with matters to.
You should have at least ₦120 million to get a standard filling station.
