When you get rejected you should first of all try to understand why you were rejected.
I have the problem was coming from you then you have to work on the reason why you think you were rejected maybe your confidence was needed enough then we work on it.
Maybe your academic qualifications we are not enough then the next thing you have to do is go and further your education to come out with the better result.
