When a customer is right but rude, the key is to address the issue without getting pulled into their tone. Acknowledge the valid concern clearly and move to fix it quickly, since that shows respect for their point. At the same time, keep communication calm, neutral, and professional, and if the behavior continues, gently set a boundary by steering the conversation back to the solution.
