In cases like this, it’s natural to feel defensive, but try to approach negative feedbacks with a calm and open mind. This can help you see the feedback as an opportunity for growth.

Determine whether the feedback is constructive or simply negative. Constructive feedback can offer valuable insights and suggestions for improvement, while negative comments might not be as useful. In a situation  where you choose to respond, do so politely and professionally. Thank the person for their feedback and address any valid points they raise. This shows that you value your readers’ opinions and are willing to engage in a dialogue.

Reply politely, acknowledge their concern, and clarify your point if needed without being defensive. If the criticism is valid, treat it as a chance to improve your content or presentation. But if it’s just rude or spam, it’s okay to moderate or remove it to keep the discussion healthy and respectful for other readers.
