There are different ways to build your confidence but the most effective one that has helped me personally is by speaking out.
When you start this process you have to start with people who are around you and you are very familiar with.
You can start with your closest friends or your family members.

- Set small wins: Achieve daily or weekly goals—like finishing a book, learning a skill, or improving your appearance.
- Learn and practice: Take courses, join workshops, or shadow people who are good at what you want to do.
- Watch your self-talk: Replace “I can’t” with “I’m learning” or “I’ll try.”
- Surround yourself with encouragers: Friends who push you forward, not those who mock or belittle.
- Celebrate progress: Keep a record of achievements so you can remind yourself of how far you’ve come.
