One way that you can keep connecting with your customers is through a physical newsletter mailed to their residence or business.

It is not your customer’s job to remember who you are. It’s your job to remind your customer who you are, the product or service you provide, new offerings, or incentives to do business.

A newsletter helps to maintain a relationship so that they don’t forget about you!

It costs far less to retain a customer than to find a new customer. Many businesses are leaving lots of money on the table by not selling to their existing clients.
