That means you should think of setting up people that would take over and manage the business beyond the next 10-15 years. Such people should be groomed in the present to run the future. When a business can reproduce business leaders, it would last long.

You build it by doing something and growing it day after day and year after year, go out there and start a business and then grow after that, else it’ll be hard for you to do anything if you haven’t try.
