Before you can achieve a goal or start working on it, you need a clear idea of exactly what you want to accomplish. Business objectives dictate how your company plans to achieve its goals and address the business’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

The first goal of every business should be to maintain current clients, as this ensures client retention, reduces costs, and promotes consistent revenue.
