The fact remains that we all have pride. But we need to  address it if it becomes too much . We just have to acknowledge its presence, cultivate humility, and practice vulnerability.

Pride often stems from a fear of looking foolish or being wrong. Challenge this fear by embracing vulnerability, admitting when you don’t know something, and seeking help when needed

You need to identify areas where pride manifests, seek feedback, and be open to learning from others. Embrace imperfection and know that no one is perfect  and then offer genuine praise to others.

The reason why I said pride is not a bad thing is because you need to have pride in order to avoid some unnecessary insult from people who always look down on people who are too humble.

If you think you can’t control your pride then you need to meet some counselors and therapist to help and guide you well.

When pride gets in the way of learning, saying sorry, or hearing others out, that’s when it becomes an issue. The key is to work on being humble every day. Be open to feedback, own up to your errors promptly, and keep in mind that no one has all the answers. Treat everyone with respect, no matter where they stand, and prioritize personal growth over always being right. Confidence is great, but too much pride can cloud judgment. Someone who’s humble picks things up quicker, forges stronger connections, and gains genuine respect in the long run.

Pride can damage a relationship and cause misunderstanding and conflict between individuals.  Pride is dangerous and must be dealt with.

The best way to get rid is to develop a habit of humility, learn to apologize when at fault.

Respecting other people especially the aged and elderly is also a way to handle pride.

As human, pride is one of the self conscious emotions we have. It’s completely normal and humane to show pride, but there should be a limit.

Parents are usually proud of their children who are doing well, when we achieve a particular goal, we feel pride but it becomes and issue when we begin to feel superior to others, and refuse to accept mistakes.

The first step to handling pride is to first realize you have pride. Handling pride is about putting conscious effort not to show it and humble yourself, with time it becomes part of you.
