How can I apply for a loan that will not lead me debts ?

My question is.
I want to complete my building project, my salary per month is 50,000 Naira, can I apply for the loan amount of 2 million naira?

My problem now is that some loan investments can offer attractive returns, but they also come with a level of risk that might not be suitable for me.

Since I didn’t want to use the money for investment purpose, will I be able to repay this money with the loan duration given ?

How can I apply for a loan that will not lead to debts.

I need your contribution concerning this.

You will have to carefully plan your moves before taking a loan. Poor plans is what leads to getting into huge debt after taking a loan.

One thing you have to plan well is how you will pay back the loan. Will you use your salary to pay back in installments? Are you going to make a profit from the loan that you can then use to pay it back?

The next thing you have to plan is where to get the loan. You need to go with one that does not have too much interest rates. You also need to present a collateral that shows that you are capable of paying back the loan.

Lastly, you need to stick with the plan.  Especially staying disciplined on your plan for paying back the loan.

Applying for a loan that won’t lead to debts involves careful planning and responsible financial management. You said you want to collect the loan and complete your project. If you’re a civil servants, you must calculate the amount of money you receive on monthly basis, then see if you’ll be able to settle the loan, feed yourself and family if you have one. If the money you receive monthly will do all that, then i think you are good to go. Also, you must choose a loan with a low interest rate, so that you’ll be able to bear it.

If you are a civil servant or work for a bona fide private company, it will be easy for you to get credit from a bank to complete your building project. You also don’t need any guarantees except for a Decree or work letter. Of course, you will easily pay off your debt according to the tenor or predetermined time, generally 3 years. Your monthly salary will be immediately deducted, so you don’t have to think about installments.

When it comes to applying for a loan an individual should always understand that it goes both ways. This simply means that if he or she fails to repay the loan on it a great time and he or she seems accumulate small interest to be paid to the principal owner of the loan could be a bank or a private individual. In order to borrow loan that will not lead to accumulated interest or debts an individual should always look at his or her capability and ability to repay back the loan first especially during the initial journey to seek a loan.

when an individual scrutinises him or herself and says that he or she is beyond the amount of money he or she is possibly seeking as a loan, then it is advisable for him or her to avoid the loan totally. Or possibly go for a more smaller or a merger amount of loan in which he or she is able and capable of pain.
