Exam fever hit me hard more times than I can count. What helped me was breaking my study into small, manageable chunks instead of cramming last minute it made things feel less overwhelming. Taking short breaks, staying hydrated, and getting decent sleep were game changers. I also tried to remind myself that one exam doesn’t define me, which helped ease the pressure.

Exam fever is a feeling of anxiety while preparing for exams. Exam fever is a terrible experience and can result in to poor examination performance if it is not addressed properly. Sometimes it occurs because of the fear of failure and inadequate amount of sleep while preparing for an examination.

To prevent examination fever you need to be bold and courageous before taking an examination. Also have self confidence and never entertain any thoughts of failure.

Early preparations for an examination is a good way to get rid of exam fever.

my second year in the university while preparing for my seasonal exams, I took I’ll just 2 days to the first paper and I was down with ulcer and malaria

It was really a huge challenge because I had a lot of materials to read abd cover within a short period of time and I wasn’t in the good healthy state to do that. I was on medication though and I tried to maintain calmness to ensure that I recover fully and gradually not allowing any other complication to arise

Honestly I have not experienced an exam fever since I got admitted into the university and I can’t really tell the reason why it always happens to people.
What’s the Times the reason why people have this fever before exam is due to fear and uncertainty about how the questions will be.
But my honest opinion on how to overcome this is by prepared before the exam start, checking some past questions to know the nature of the questions and also by having confidence in yourself.

In my first year in college, I had exams fever just a day before I took the first exams and that was GST. It was specifically Philosophy and Logic course. What I did was to stop studying that night. I had to calm my mind down and sleep well. It was caused by fear though. After I slept for three hours, I woke up and the fever was gone. I did light studies and stepped up to write the exams. I ended up having a B grade.
