Which is why it is advised to take it with any sense of vitamin A like milk reduce the effect.

Are you personally believe that taking Garri does not in any way affect your eyesight as it is normal carbon hydrate which we consume in other foods daily therefore I see the saying that Garri affects the sharpness of one’s eyesight as a superstition that has no grounds or basis of fact and therefore I take garri enlarge quantities without having the fear of affecting my eyesight and I have not noticed any effect on my eyesight
