I would say no smoking doesn’t keep your body warm. What smoking does is to damage the person’s respiratory organ and posses a highly significant damage to the body.
Smoking has no health benefits because it spoils the intake of oxygen in the body. In the sense that carbon dioxide we are supposed to breathe out smoking helps in taking that in to the body and that’s not good for the body.
So in conclusion smoking doesn’t keep the body warm but damages the respiratory organ.

Smoking doesn’t genuinely keep your body warm; it’s a misconception rooted in temporary physiological effects. Nicotine constricts blood vessels, reducing blood flow to extremities, which can make you feel colder over time. However, the act of smoking may create a fleeting sensation of warmth due to the heat of the cigarette or a placebo effect from the ritual.

In cold conditions, this is negligible compared to proper insulation or physical activity, which boost circulation and generate actual body heat.

But also think of how to stop it since it’s not good for health.

Some people smoke because of their job nature like Fisher man or those who work close to the ocean, so they smoke to keep their body warm but be sure to treat and get rid of those chemical at appropriate time to ensure you are still in good health
