Personally i have no issues working with my wife at the same company, but my choice to do so would be mainly based on her level of maturity and how she views things. If i see that this would bring some issues based on her personality, it’s best not to. I have seen cases of husband and wife working together for years in the same organization and everything is going smoothly, while there have been cases where things didn’t really work out well.
