Can i use mobile bank accounts for official purposes

I want to use my opay for an official purpose

This is because opay is not considered as a commercial bank. For official use, it is best to use well known commercial banks.

    But I learned that you can only use the traditional local bank because they are more efficient and in some ways more secured.

    When you want to apply for anything official you should use your normal bank like uba Zenith and gtbank

    Some opay users complain of sending money which will be debited and the money will not arrive to it’s destination, and no refund of the money is given.

    While some users of bands like access bank UBA are having such issues but they usually get a refund of their money

    So I think using opay for official purpose is not advisable, you can use it for some transaction but not for official purpose

    I have never had any issue using Opay both for my personal and business transactions. And since my business is not formal, I don't have issues with using the Opay account for business transactions.     I have never had any issue using Opay both for my personal and business transactions. And since my business is not formal, I don’t have issues with using the Opay account for business transactions. I think using this online banks in a structured business organization doesn’t sit well with external people like suppliers and customers.  They most likely won’t rate the business if the business sends an Opay account to receive payment.
