This is why I’m always against one indulging so much in things that are harmful to one’s well being. Taking alcohol isn’t bad but the bad thing is over doing it.
When you over take your drinks you become drunk and you are no more your self. Even your sense of reasoning would be affected and this can barred you from doing what is right and good for your well-being.

Well  if one is not trying to be biased,or judgement it possible but not always because before someone can be classified as a drunkard he must really be addicted to drinking and he definitely can’t do without one ,hence it may be hard for such person to drink but can also be possible under close monitoring.

Which implies if possibly he can be convince to save some penny then he should be under close observation so that he would not refer back to the money to get himself a bottle when he has no other money to spare.

Therefore drunkard can possibly save if close observation can be spared for him.

For you to save while being a drunkard you have to first of all quit that act and behavior and get your things in order.

You should also get someone to help you save your money and tell him not to give it to me whenever you come to collect it without a concrete reason.

It may be possible for a drunkard to have a budget but I think that would be extremely difficult to implement the budget because it takes self control to have a budget and impliment it accordingly which someone who generally has an addiction can not because addiction pose a certain level inability to to tame urge and desire and when that desire come a drunkard can hardly control himself so he might go over his budget so having a budget can be possible but the implementation is hardly achieved
