Both starting a firm from zero and purchasing an existing one present difficulties. Building allows you creative control, but the establishment process takes time and work. Purchasing gives you a good start on your current activities, but it also demands significant resources and rigorous research. The decision is based on individual preferences, available resources, and risk tolerance. With the appropriate plan and execution, either route can result in success.

In my opinion, many people have the opinion that if someone sells their own business, it is not profitable, but this is not the case, and that is why I believe that buying a business in the field you are interested in will be much more profitable because you will get a ready-made client base and also the most difficult steps that have already been taken by the first owner. Maybe this business was not successful, but you will be able to start earning money right away, but the price of such a business is definitely much higher than starting everything from beggining

If I’m to vote, I’ll vote for building a business over and over, because the experience you Garner is immeasurable and it gives you credibility.

For somebody who is a newcomer in business it will be better for you to begin from the foundation so that you would be learning as you grow. You cannot just launch yourself into a big business without paying the price of learning by experience.

But if you have already gained enough experience with managing other businesses then it won’t be a problem to just buy a business that has already gained its ground
