Being an employee and working in a high pressure industry can be quite challenging to an employee. One major challenge that employees face is taking the fall for failure of the business leadership and being put under pressure for those same failures. Materials and mobilisation for a task would be released quite late and the employees are expected to work magic to meet up with datelines within a short period. That could be very demoralising.
